Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is a contactless way to offer pickup options for customers. By limiting the number of people entering your store, you keep both your staff and customers safe. Our curbside pickup feature streamlines the order pickup and notification process.

How does it work?
- Customers place their pickup order online. We prompt customers to enter their car colour, license plate number and make it so you can identify them when they arrive.
- Customers receive a confirmation email once the order is placed. This confirmation email contains an button that says “I AM HERE”
- When customer arrives to the location, they click the “I AM HERE” button
- Once this button is clicked, store operators are notified both on the POS and in our back-office order monitor
- The order will have a status “Client Arrived”
