Avanti Marketplace Food Locker Integration
The Avanti Marketplace locker integration allows foodservice operators to offer a true contactless food ordering and pick-up experience. Guests can pre-order their meals using a mobile or web app and collect their food from a designated locker. This solution creates a fast, safe and reliable process for operators and guests.

How does it work?
- User Places Order
- User is Prompted to Select a Locker
- ℹ️ Each delivery point is a locker station with multiple lockers
- User is Prompted to Select Time for Pickup
- ⚙️ Locations can setup 15 or 30 minute time limit per locker
- User Places Order
- ⚙️. Orders are sent to Avanti Locker via API
- 🔍 Check with Avanti systems to see if locker is available
- ⚠️. If locker is not available, app returns an error and prompt the user to select next time slot.
- ⚙️. If locker is available, we send the order to POS after sending the order to Avanti Locker via API.
- User Receives QR Code via Email to Open Locker
- User Pickups Food by Scanning QR Code on Locker’s Scanner
