Tacit is looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative who thrives in a technical sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The best candidate will be committed to working hard, hustling, and achieving their target qualified lead goals. You need to be ambitious, personal, and driven. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, *qualifying prospects and ensuring meeting attendance of leads.



  • 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience
  • Passion for people and technology
  • Documented effort of consistently meeting/exceeding annually quotas
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM, MA and LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingualism an asset



  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Coordinate appointments and optional scheduling
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Follow-up on and manage qualified suspects by phone and email
  • Surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual call volumes
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as required
  • Effectively lead suspects/prospects through a defined process
  • Track prospect progression in our MA and CRM solution
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
